This ambitious project will establish five hybrid and electric vehicle (EV) technology training centres of excellence located in East, West and central Sussex and in Brighton and Hove. Additionally, one centre for landbased industries’ electric powered vehicles/plant will be set up.

The objective of this project is to devise and implement a multi-stranded curriculum for the teaching of alternative energy sources and resources. Included in the project are electricity generation by wind, hydrogen powered heating and other alternative energy sources.

This project centres on transitioning land management towards the zero carbon agenda. It includes the development of resources applicable to the agriculture, horticulture, viticulture and kelp sectors.
