Colleges in Sussex are proud to have been awarded this grant. Led by the Chichester College Group, project application and delivery is being managed by FE Sussex, the consortia company of Sussex Colleges. The project involves all FE Sussex member colleges.
Working collaboratively across all our member colleges we have devised five projects to address the employer training needs of tomorrow’s Green economy and the Green awareness of the next generation of students and employees.
By investing more than £7M in new learning resources, staff training, employer updating and student awareness raising we are positioning our colleges at the very forefront of developing and teaching the Green curriculum of tomorrow.
Our successful response to the call linked together five individual projects (workstreams) each of which has a Greener Sussex theme. Each workstream is led by a different college and within each workstream other Sussex colleges are collaborative delivery and support partners.
